Mimi is my nickname. Flowers is taken from my middle name. I grew up in New York City and now live just over the border in Connecticut. I studied at NYU and Walden Universities, and have degrees in business and psychology. I'm also a certified life coach. Personally, I have many happy memories of New York and love it there. This is primarily why my first novel has many scenes there as well. New York always offers the potential for some adventure or something surprising to happen. People can make new friends, build careers, fall in love, and so much more in an instant.
